This site keeps no session and sets no cookies of its own. It is a static page: it holds no contract, no finding and no account.

Who is responsible. Patrick Lauper, reachable at info@lauper.net. The site itself collects nothing: it has no analytics, no tracking and no content loaded from anyone else.

Hosting. The site is served by Firebase Hosting, a service of Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Dublin, Ireland, which acts for Google LLC, Mountain View, USA. When you open a page, Google logs your IP address and processes these logs under its own privacy terms; the operator chose Google as host and gets no access to them. Under the GDPR, the basis is the legitimate interest in running the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Transfer to the USA. Google may process the data in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. and the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, and relies on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses otherwise. What Google collects and why is in Firebase's privacy information.

Email. If you write to the operator, your address and your message are used only to answer you and are not passed on.

Your rights. Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU GDPR you may ask what data about you is processed, and have it corrected or deleted; under the GDPR you may also restrict or object to the processing and receive your data in a portable form. You may also complain to a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), in the EU the authority of your country.
